Grove Engineering works collaboratively with certified and licensed professionals  in New York state in the water quality, waste water, excavation and construction industries.

William J. Grove, P.E.

Education
B.S in Environmental Resource Engineering from State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. 

Bill's waste water product certifications include Presby Environmental, ANUA Puraflow peat modules and other advanced waste treatment products. Bill also attends the annual WWETT conference (Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport) for environmental service professionals and keeps current with septic industry products and trends.

Background
Prior to establishing Grove Engineering PLLC, Bill worked for the City of Geneva for seven years. Most recently as the Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Geneva where he managed the day to day operations of the DPW (highway, water, sewer and buildings & grounds departments). Before that he held the position of Civil Engineer for six years for the City of Geneva.

Bill is past president of the Naples, NY Rotary club and chairman of the local chapter of Ducks Unlimited. He is a former Naples Village Board Trustee and Planning Board member.
