Engineered Site Plans for Residential Construction
Our speciality is to assist in development of lakefront and other ecologically sensitive sites. We have broad experience with municipal codes and rules to aid
with site plan design & review including professional representation before NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), NYS Department of Health DOH and watershed committees. 

Engineered Steep Slope Plans
Many local municipalities have enacted steep slope regulations in an effort to protect our region's natural resources. By definition, a "steep slope" is anything greater than 15% slope. This equates to about 2" of rise over a horizontal distance of 12 inches. If you have traveled around the Finger Lakes you know that there are very few areas that would not be considered to be "steep slope". Our firm has developed a reputation as the premier Steep Slope Site Plan preparer in the Finger Lakes region.
